Step1: TWC is an adult Clan. That is we reserve the right to limit membership to MATURE people. If you are 15 years old or younger you CANNOT belong to our Clan.
Step2: TWC uses a
Code of Conduct to govern our actions in game and out. It is there to protect our members, our Clan and the TWC Idea. By joining the Recruitment process you have agreed to follow TWC's
Code of Conduct and In Game Rules. It is suggested before continuing further into the Recruitment Process that you take this moment and read the
Code of Conduct as well as any rules that pertain to the game you are playing so that you fully understand what is expected of TWC Members and Recruits.
Step3: TWC uses Ventrilo for voice communications and it is REQUIRED by all members to be able to at least RECEIVE voice communications with this device. Ventrilo can be downloaded from
HERE.
Step4: The Invite or Applicant "YOU" will register on TWC's Message Forum using your in-game name. TWC's message forum is located
HERE. After which you will be required to make a post in the Recruitment Topic of the game you wish to join. Please add a little about yourself as well as who recruited you or where/how you came across TWC.
Step5: After successfully registering with the TWC Message Forum, and you have been approved to join a TWC GAME GROUP you will receive a Private Message with instructions on how to access the TWC Ventrilo Server.
Step6: Any INVITE that has registered with TWC's Message Forum, has posted a “hello” post, joined a GAME GROUP on the forum and has logged in successfully with TWC's Ventrilo Server is now considered a RECRUIT.
Step7: ALL RECRUITS are expected to stay in contact with TWC. They are expected to check into the TWC Message Forum to stay up to date on issues and Clan/Game Events. RECRUITS are expected to use the TWC Ventrilo Server and to JOIN UP up with TWC Clan Members while in game. A simple voice request and a text message to other TWC Clan members will do. The Recruit will remain at this rank for 30 days. The 30-day period starts from the day the RECRUIT has been recognized as logged in with the TWC Ventrilo Server. After 30 days if the Recruit feels that TWC is the right Clan for them and TWC feels that the Recruit is right for the Clan then he/she will become a Wrecker.
TWC Recognizes that Real Life comes first. If you have just joined TWC and you must go on leave please make a post about your leave, and the expected date that you will be returning to game. We do not expect an explanation about your leave but consider it a courtesy to let us know that you are going to be away and when you will return. Upon your return your 30-day anniversary date will be adjusted.
